Manufacturing Process
1. Material Preparation
The production process begins with material preparation, where fabrics and accessories are received, inspected, and prepared according to production requirements. This stage ensures that all materials meet specified standards before entering the production line.
2. Cutting Process
Fabric cutting is carried out using dedicated cutting machines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal material utilization. Cutting is performed based on approved patterns and size specifications to support precise garment construction.
3. Sewing & Assembly
Sewing and assembly are conducted by skilled operators using industrial sewing machines. Each operation follows defined work instructions to ensure consistent workmanship, proper construction, and adherence to technical specifications.
4. Finishing Process
Finished garments undergo finishing processes such as trimming, ironing, and final detailing. This stage ensures that each product meets appearance, fit, and functional requirements prior to inspection.

6. Packing & Delivery Preparation
Approved garments are packed according to client instructions, including labeling, sizing, and packaging standards. Products are then prepared for shipment to ensure protection, traceability, and readiness for delivery.
Quality control inspections are conducted at multiple stages of production, including in-line and final inspection. This multi-level quality control system ensures compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.










Our manufacturing facility operates with a structured, quality-driven system designed to support reliable garment production for corporate and international clients. With clearly defined workflows, experienced personnel, and controlled production capacity, we deliver consistent output while maintaining flexibility to meet diverse buyer requirements.
Production Unit
Production Facilities:
The factory operates four sewing production lines, each equipped with 25 industrial sewing machines and supported by two steam irons per line. Cutting operations are conducted using two cutting tables measuring 1.5 × 12 meters to ensure accuracy and efficient fabric utilization. Finishing processes are supported by six steam irons dedicated to garment appearance and final presentation.
Manpower:
The factory employs approximately 175 personnel, including skilled production operators, quality control staff, and office personnel responsible for production planning and administrative functions.
Production Capacity & Lead Time:
The production system is structured to support small to large-volume orders. Standard production lead time ranges from 30 to 60 days
after receipt and approval of all materials, depending on product complexity and order quantity.
Quality Control System:
Quality control is implemented through a multi-stage inspection system covering material inspection, in-line production checks, and final inspection prior to packing. Dedicated quality control personnel ensure compliance with buyer specifications and agreed quality standards.
